With an overall length of 8.5" and barrel length of 5.25", the G6 is a 12 gauge, 3 inch single barrel under barrel shotgun designed to function when attached to the G6 accessory stock.

The G6 comes with two safeties: a traditional crossbar safety, and a top mounted rail safety to ensure the G6 can only be operated while attached to the G6 accessory stock using a standard picatinny rail.

The G6 is approved by the RCMP, and recently classified as an accessory (FRT#: 20083) and also classified as a Non-Restricted firearm.

The first shipment of G6 firearms and accessory stocks are scheduled prior to year end 2026.

PRODUCT SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BUYER:
THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT. BY COMPLETING YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE, CHECKING
THE ACCEPTANCE BOX, AND ACQUIRING THE G6 FIREARM (THE "PRODUCT"), YOU ARE
OFFICIALLY AGREEING TO ALL TERMS BELOW.
THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS PROVISIONS THAT ELIMINATE YOUR RIGHT TO SUE THE CANADIAN
REPRESENTATIVE, THE MANUFACTURER, OR THEIR AFFILIATED PARTIES FOR NEGLIGENCE,
PERSONAL INJURY, WRONGFUL DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. READ THIS DOCUMENT
COMPLETELY BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR ORDER.
1. Electronic Acceptance and Binding Contract
The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that this online transaction is governed by applicable Canadian provincial
electronic commerce legislation (including the Ontario Electronic Commerce Act). By clicking the "I Agree"
button or completing the digital checkout process, the Buyer executes this agreement electronically. This digital
action holds the exact same legal weight, validity, and enforceability as a handwritten signature on a paper
contract.
2. Definition of Released Parties
For the purposes of this agreement, the term "Canadian Representative" refers explicitly to 2674126 Ontario
Ltd. doing business as Uxbridge Arms.
The term "Released Parties" refers collectively to:
• 2674126 Ontario Ltd. doing business as Uxbridge Arms (in its capacity as the Canadian Representative).
• The original equipment manufacturer of the G6 firearm.
• All parent corporations, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, shareholders, board directors, officers, employees,
independent contractors, agents, and representatives of the entities listed above.
• All suppliers, wholesalers, distributors, logistics providers, and downstream retail partners involved in the
importation, sale, marketing, or distribution of the Product in Canada.
3. Acknowledgement of Manufacturer Guidelines
The Buyer explicitly acknowledges and covenants that:
• Manual Access: They have access to, and will fully read and understand, the official Manufacturer’s
Instruction and Safety Manual ("Manual") provided digitally at checkout and physically inside the product
packaging.
• Inherent Risks: They are fully aware that firearms are inherently dangerous instruments that carry significant
risks of severe bodily injury, property damage, or death if handled improperly.
• Strict Compliance: They agree to store, maintain, load, transport, and fire the G6 strictly according to the
safety warnings and specifications outlined in the Manual.
4. Explicit Assumption of Risk: Operation Without the G6 Stock
The Buyer explicitly acknowledges that the G6 Stock is a critical, manufacturer-designed safety and
stabilization accessory that is highly recommended for the safe, stable, and optimal operation of the G6
firearm.
By choosing to purchase and operate the G6 firearm WITHOUT the G6 Stock attached, the Buyer explicitly
agrees to the following terms:
• Acknowledgment of Severe Danger: The Buyer understands that operating the G6 without the G6 Stock
drastically alters the weapon's control, accuracy, safety mechanics, and recoil handling.
• Assumption of Risk Including Death: The Buyer knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly assumes all
risks—including the risk of property damage, catastrophic mechanical failure, severe personal injury, or
DEATH—associated with operating the G6 without the G6 Stock.
• Complete Waiver of Claims: The Buyer hereby WAIVES, RELEASES, AND FOREVER DISCHARGES the
Canadian Representative and all Released Parties from any and all legal claims, demands, lawsuits, or
liabilities for damages or injuries that could have been prevented, mitigated, or avoided had the G6 firearm
been operated with the recommended G6 Stock installed.
5. General Assumption of Risk for Contrary Use
The Buyer expressly and voluntarily assumes all risks of personal injury, death, or property damage resulting
from any use of the G6 that is contrary to the Manufacturer's recommendations. This includes, but is not limited
to:
• Unauthorized Alterations: Modifying, altering, or changing any factory components, triggers, or safety
mechanisms.
• Incorrect Ammunition: Using reloaded, remanufactured, hand-loaded, or incorrect caliber ammunition.
• Improper Maintenance: Failing to clean, store, or maintain the firearm as directed by the Manual.
• Unsafe Environments: Discharging the firearm in reckless, unlawful, or unapproved environments.
6. Release and Waiver of Liability (Including Negligence)
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE BUYER, ON BEHALF OF THEMSELVES, THEIR
HEIRS, EXECUTORS, AND ASSIGNS, HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, AND FOREVER DISCHARGES THE
CANADIAN REPRESENTATIVE (2674126 ONTARIO LTD. DOING BUSINESS AS UXBRIDGE ARMS) AND
ALL OTHER RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LAWSUITS, OR LIABILITIES
FOR PERSONAL INJURY, WRONGFUL DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF, OR
CONNECTED WITH, THE USE OF THE G6 FIREARM IN A MANNER INCONSISTENT WITH THE
MANUFACTURER'S WARNINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS.
THIS RELEASE EXPLICITLY INCLUDES CLAIMS BASED ON THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE CANADIAN
REPRESENTATIVE OR THE RELEASED PARTIES, WHETHER SUCH NEGLIGENCE IS ORDINARY,
STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, RELATED TO THE DESIGN, SAFETY WARNINGS, IMPORTATION,
REPRESENTATION, OR DISTRIBUTION OF THE PRODUCT.
7. Agreement to Indemnify (Hold Harmless)
The Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Canadian Representative (2674126 Ontario
Ltd. dba Uxbridge Arms) and all other Released Parties from any and all third-party claims, lawsuits, losses,
damages, or legal expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of the Buyer’s misuse, negligent handling, or
contrary use of the Product.
This means if the Buyer's operation of the G6 without the G6 Stock causes injury to another person, and that
person sues the Canadian Representative or its distributors, the Buyer will be completely responsible for paying
their legal defense costs and any monetary damages awarded by a court.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of
Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The Buyer explicitly agrees that any legal action,
lawsuit, or dispute arising out of or relating to this Product must be filed exclusively in the courts located in
Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
9. Severability
If any section, clause, or provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a
Canadian court of competent jurisdiction, that specific part will be severed. The remaining sections of the
agreement will continue to be fully valid and legally binding.
BY COMPLETING THE ONLINE PURCHASE OF THE G6, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18
