Upon request, we can arrange to have any firearm inspected and test-fired by a gunsmith for $40 plus cleaning charges. Otherwise, these firearms must be stripped and cleaned by the buyer prior to using the firearm. Military surplus rifles often have military (cosmoline) grease in the barrel and action which may cause improper operation if not cleaned prior to use.

The Remington Model 7400 175th Anniversary rifle is a special edition firearm that was produced in 1991 to commemorate Remington’s 175th anniversary. Only 5000 units were produced, primarily in 30-06 with a limited number chambered in .270 Win.
This model 7400 is chambered in 30-06. It has iron sights and is drilled and tapped for mounting an optic.
