Castle Hunt Club Membership.

This is a private club on private land, we are not an outfitter, therefore this membership is available for Ontario residents only and the member must be at least 18 years old and must have a valid PAL.  If you are hunting archery only, then a PAL is not required, you may just enter zeros for your PAL number on the club application when you apply.

A valid hunting license and tag is required to be purchased by all members prior to any hunting and is not included in the membership fee. The member must comply with all MNR regulatiuons and club rules, terms and conditions of membership posted online and updated from time to time. The club executive reserves the right to terminate your membership for any reason whatsoever and refund your club fees. No guests or pets are allowed without prior written permission of the club.

There are 6 hunt cliub packages offered in 2025, please select the option carefully from the menu, there are no refunds once you make a membership purchase, we may allow changes to the hunting schedule but only based upon availablity. There are no changes allowed within 2 weeks of any hunt, please do not assume that a requested change in date will be approved, the hunt dates are limited and first come first served. We plan to dramatically expand these options in future years for our regular members.

If you purchase a club membership and want additional hunting options, then you may purchase the following hunting options as an extra cost on top of your membership package. Note: new members gets up to 25% discount off the regular hunt prices shown below.

Club membership has a $200 annual club processing fee and this fee may not be discounted, any balance of the membership fee is available towards one of the 6 hunting packages offered. Other hunt dates are not available at this time. 

 

Club Membership Guided Hunt Option (6 to choose from)

Option 1

7 day Guided Waterfowl Shotgun Hunt, Sept 27-Oct3

This option entitles the member to 7 waterfowl hunts at our premiere private camp located at 2966 Pine Point Road in Port Perry, Ontario. These hunts will be morning hunts on Saturday and Sunday, and evening hunts on weekdays.  You will need to arrive 45 minutes prior to sunrise on weekends, park your car, have coffee and our senior club member will provide orientation, training and verify your license. There are no accommodations provided. The weekend hunt ends at 10am and then we will assist you to retrieve and clean your catch for the dinner table. You will not need to get into a boat other than to collect your game, all blinds are accessible within a short walk from the parking lot. Weekday hunts start at 6pm and end 30min after sunset. All hunting is fully supervised by a senior club member.

You will be required to have a valid PAL, hunting license and waterfowl tag, all tags available online.

Option 2

Deer Option Archery Week of October 17-22, 2025 and November 18-23

This option entitles the member to two 6-day deer hunts at our 400 acre deer camp located in Madoc, Ontario. These hunts will be morning and evening hunts you will need to arrive at noon the first day and hunt for 5 nights and 5 mornings. Our senior club member will provide orientation, training and verify your license, assist with meal preparation and answer all your questions. Accommodations will be 4 hunters in a shared off grid group cabin, basic camp food is provided. All hunting blinds are private unless you choose to share a blind with another hunter. We will show you how to field dress your deer and assist with everything to get your harvest to the dinner table. Extra costs apply for the butcher, transport and taxidermy if requested.

You will be required to have a valid hunting license and deer tag, all tags available online.

Option 3

Deer Option Rifle Week of November 3-9, 2025

This option entitles the member to one 7-day rifle deer hunt at our 400 acre deer camp located in Madoc, Ontario. These hunts will be morning and evening hunts you will need to arrive the evening of November 2 at 6pm for orientation. Our senior club member will provide orientation, training and verify your license, assist with meal preparation and answer all your questions. Accommodations will be 4 hunters in a shared off grid group cabin, basic camp food is provided. All hunting blinds are private unless you choose to share with another hunter. We will show you how to field dress your deer and assist with everything to get your harvest to the dinner table. Extra costs apply for the butcher, transport and taxidermy if requested.

You will be required to have a valid PAL, hunting license and deer tag, all tags available online.

Option 4

Deer Option Black Powder Week of December 1-7, 2025

This option entitles the member to one 7-day black powder deer hunt at our 400 acre deer camp located in Madoc, Ontario. These hunts will be morning and evening hunts you will need to arrive the evening of November 30 at 6pm for orientation. Our senior club member will provide orientation, training and verify your license, assist with meal preparation and answer all your questions. Accommodations will be 4 hunters in a shared off grid group cabin, basic camp food is provided. All hunting blinds are private unless you choose to share with another hunter. We will show you how to field dress your deer and assist with everything to get your harvest to the dinner table. Extra costs apply for the butcher, transport and taxidermy if requested.

Option 5

Combo Guided Waterfowl Shotgun Hunt Oct 4-6, 2025 and Archery Deer Hunt, Oct 10-15, 2025

This option entitles the member to 3 waterfowl hunts and one 6 day deer archery hunt.

Accommodations will be 4 hunters in a shared off grid group cabin, basic camp food is provided. All hunting blinds are private unless you choose to share with another hunter. Option 6

Spring Bear Rifle Week of June 1-7, 2026

This option entitles the member to one 7-day rifle bear hunt at our 850 acre bear camp located in Coe Hill, Ontario. These hunts will be morning and evening hunts you will need to arrive the evening of May 31 at 6pm for orientation. Our senior club member will provide orientation, training and verify your license, assist with meal preparation and answer all your questions. Accommodations will be 4 hunters in a shared off grid group cabin, basic camp food is provided. All hunting blinds are private unless you choose to share with another hunter. We will show you how to field dress your bear and assist with everything to get your harvest to the dinner table. Extra costs apply for the butcher, transport and taxidermy if requested.

You will be required to have a valid PAL, hunting license and bear tag, all tags available online.
